STEP 1: Schedule an Appointment on the TimeTrade System (current clients only)  

Please be aware that there is greater evening and weekend availability for telephone appointments than for in-person appointments. If you have an urgent need for an appointment and you see no availability, call or e-mail as we may be able to make an adjustment to accommodate you.

STEP 2: Create an Account

After you make your appointment, you will be taken to a CONFIRMATION page. Below the confirmation box you will see a checkbox like the one below.

STEP 3: Add Appointment to Your Calendar

If you use an electronic calendar, click the orange "Add to your calendar" button on the confirmation page and select the appropriate application.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reschedule or cancel?  Sign in to your TimeTrade account (Safari users click https://my.timedriver.com/td/login.jsp) to view and reschedule your appointments. All appointments made on the system have to be rescheduled in your TimeTrade account for us to receive notice of the change. If you did not set up an account when you made your first appointment through TimeTrade, you will be given the opportunity to set up an account when you schedule a new appointment. When you have a TimeTrade account, you will have access to both appointments and can cancel or reschedule them as desired.

I am getting an error message - is there a way I can I make an appointment online?  Please review this page to change your brower settings (frequently an issue for Safari users) so you can use our usual links. In the meantime, try some alternate links that sometimes work even before you change your settings.

What about appointment lengths and types?   In person and WebEx/Skype appointments can range from 60 to 120 minutes, and telephone appointments from 15 to 120 minutes. Choose the maximum amount of time that you estimate that you will need as you will be billed only for the time we use on a pro-rated basis. Please note that work on written documents such as resumes and letters tends to take longer than expected.
