Your Scheduling & Payment Account FAQs
Creating a free Acuity account lets you:
• View and reschedule all upcoming (and past) appointments [as long as you used the same identifying information or were logged into your scheduling account at the time of booking]
• Pre-fill your name, phone number, and email address when you schedule future appointments [as long as you are logged in]
• Save your credit card information
• Review, update, or cancel your monthly coaching subscription yourself, including changing your payment method
- Locate your appointment confirmation page:
- If you’ve already scheduled at least one appointment, find an appointment confirmation email and click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button
- If you can’t find a confirmation email or haven’t yet booked, schedule an appointment now — this will take you to your confirmation page. To schedule:
- Monthly coaching program clients (self-paid or NSP employer-paid): click Current Monthly Clients
- Ongoing hourly clients: click Ongoing Hourly Clients
- New clients: click your appropriate link — New Individual Clients, New Bain Clients, New Bridgespan Clients, New Patterson Belknap Clients, or New James Irvine Foundation Clients
- Bookmark your appointment confirmation page for future reference, then click “Register for an Account”
- Open the verification email from Acuity and click the link to verify your account
- While logged in, confirm that all your past and upcoming appointments are listed (if not, see the FAQ below)
We recommend starting your recurring series a week or two from now, as there will be more availability.
Example: To book 3 months of weekly appointments on Wednesdays, click the scheduling link and select a Wednesday during the week after next. Choose a time — for example 1:30 pm — then click “Recurring” instead of “Continue.” Select “Every Wednesday” and set “Times to Repeat” to 12. Then book the upcoming week separately as a non-recurring appointment.
Go to any scheduling page on the Stamboulie Consulting website, such as the monthly program clients page. Click the dark orange “Returning? Log in” button at the top left.
If you can’t log in, click “Forgot Your Password” and enter your email address to reset it. (We don’t have access to client passwords.)
If appointments seem to be missing when you log into your Acuity account, please let us know and we will link all your past and upcoming appointments to your account. This can happen when the information used at booking doesn’t exactly match your account details — for example, a formal name vs. a nickname, or a different email address.
- Open any appointment confirmation email to find a link to your Acuity Client Scheduling Page
- Log into your Acuity scheduling account if you’re not already logged in
- Click on your most recent subscription and click Change next to the current credit card on file
- Click Update Card Info to save
