The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report questionnaire for understanding one’s preferences and personality. The MBTI is used by 79% of Fortune 100 companies and has been taken by over 50 million people, making it the world’s most widely used assessment instrument.

There are sixteen Myers-Briggs types and one of them is closest to your personality and preferences. When you know your correct type, you can use Myers-Briggs theory to better understand yourself and how you work with others.

When we understand our type preferences, we can approach our own work in a manner that best suits our style, including time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and dealing with stress. Knowledge of MBTI type can help us deal with our career selection, work culture, the development of new skills, understanding our participation on teams, and coping with change in the workplace. If your work involves persuading or selling, knowledge of type can be particularly helpful in understanding what clients and colleagues need from us, especially how they best like to learn about products and services and how they like to interact during the process of gathering information and making decisions.

We administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator online, and then facilitate individual interpretation sessions with clients to help them better understand their type and its workplace implications.
